The Project Manager always is the primary contact with the Sponsor Clinical Trial Team. We assign a Project Manager to a study for its entire life. The Project Manager has an assigned back-up and the name of the back-up is mentioned in the scope of work.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the system set-up, trial conduct and status, and for maintaining budgets and timelines.
If more than one service type is awarded for a specific project, The Project Manager is assisted by an Operation Manager and/or a Project Manager Assistant to ensure an optimal coordination between the different participants involved in the study.
